Met with city managers office staffers and discussed the rest of the project, infrastructure and the like, at that point I met Jack Judson of Austin Highway Revitalization Project Inc, listed as an inactive corporation, he was not happy when I pointed this out, refused to deal with him further as did city staffers. Met again with Target Stores Inc, nothing has changed. The final revision plans from 11/10 are valid working plans. As you are aware, this will be done in phases and in order to allow some level of continuity some shops have been relocated to the Seidel St strip center with Big Lots and Earl Abel's being the very last to be "remodeled" as phase 3 or 4, depending on viewpoint.
