Our SAPD’s SAAFE Officer is Patrolman J. Crumley, Badge #1509, who is assigned to District 10 and patrols our neighborhood. To prevent theft, Patrolman Crumley recommends “the three L’s”- Locks, Lights and ‘Larms (alarms). Keep your house and garage locked. Keep outside lights on at night. If you have an alarm, use it.
